Kova Labs is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated September 2026.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company and role, and whatever you choose to tell us about the problem you want solved. When you subscribe to our notes we collect your email address. Our website platform records standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, in its server logs. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional notes about building better systems. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for marketing by others, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Form submissions are stored by Webflow, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to us by email. We use email and cloud tools to process enquiries, and each provider is bound by its own privacy terms. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and subscription details until you unsubscribe.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@kova-labs.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
